- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of American cheese
- 4 burger buns
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.
- Cook the beef patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the burger buns lightly on the grill or skillet.
