Ingredients
- 4 sirloin steaks
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the sirloin steaks with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
