Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup pasta (for alfredo)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- For the fried shrimp, set up a breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Dip shrimp in flour, then eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the breaded shrimp in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- For the shrimp scampi, heat butter in a skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink, about 3-5 minutes.
