Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green onions, soy sauce, and garlic. Mix well.
- Take a spring roll wrapper and place it on a flat surface, with one corner pointing towards you.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the vegetable mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides in, and roll tightly to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
