- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 sausage patties
- 4 slices of cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and maple syrup.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- While pancakes are cooking, cook the sausage patties in a separate pan until browned and cooked through.
