- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce (plus more for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing well after each addition.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined. Then stir in sour cream, vanilla extract, and the cup of caramel sauce until smooth.
