Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate ganache (homemade or store-bought)
- Additional Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition. Mix in the sour cream until just blended.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust. Drizzle half of the chocolate ganache on top, then add the remaining cheesecake mixture. Swirl with a knife to create marbled effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before removing from the pan.
- Before serving, top with additional chocolate ganache and crumbled Oreos.
