- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
