Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 egg roll wrappers

Instructions
