- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the peanut butter until fully incorporated.
- Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Drizzle half of the chocolate fudge sauce over the batter and sprinkle half of the chopped peanut butter cups.
- Pour the remaining cheesecake batter on top and repeat the fudge and peanut butter cup layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool at room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Top with additional fudge and peanut butter cups if desired.
