Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Start by cooking the fettuccine according to package instructions. Add the broccoli florets during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the cream and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and broccoli to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Slice the chicken and place on top of the pasta.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot. Enjoy!

Ingredient Swaps
- Chicken: Swap for shrimp or grilled tofu for a different protein.
