Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your steamer. If you don’t have a steamer, you can use a pot with a steaming rack.
- While the steamer is heating, prepare the lobster tails. Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base, and place it on top of the shell.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the lobster tails in the steamer basket and steam for about 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm.
- Once cooked, brush the lobster meat with the melted butter mixture and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Red Lobster lobster tails!
