- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and half the black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
