- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- Oil for frying
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Set aside.
- In another bowl, add cornstarch. Dip chicken pieces into the beaten eggs, then coat with cornstarch.
