Ingredients
- 400g long stem broccoli
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of half a lemon
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the long stem broccoli to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Drain the broccoli and transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
