- 3-4 dried chipotle peppers
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Soak the dried chipotle peppers in hot water for about 10 minutes until softened.
- In a blender, combine the soaked chipotle peppers (remove stems and seeds), apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, oregano, salt, and brown sugar. Blend until smooth.
