Ingredients
- 1 package of pot sticker wrappers
- 1 cup ground pork
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Dipping sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ground pork, green onions, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each pot sticker wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half, and pinch to seal.
