- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
