Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup hash browns, cooked
- 1/4 cup salsa (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the scrambled eggs over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
- On the center of each tortilla, layer a portion of scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage or bacon, hash browns, and salsa if using.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating a square shape to encase the filling.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and place the crunchwrap seam side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
