- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the pressed oat layer in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.
