- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the flour, vanilla extract, and salt to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and the remaining dough until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the marshmallows.
- If desired, add chocolate chips on top of the crumb mixture.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
