Ingredients
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
