- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the ricotta cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, orange zest, lemon juice, and orange juice. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
- Remove from the oven and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
