- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine the broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini. Sauté over medium heat for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
